Tim Swift joins Finchloom as SharePoint Practice Lead
June 1st, 2021
Tim joined Finchloom in June 2021 and will be working to build out our SharePoint Practice. Tim has over a decade of SharePoint experience working as a consultant, for governmental agencies, and even for Microsoft itself. We look forward to the new practice areas that Tim will bring to the table at Finchloom.
What experience do you bring to Finchloom?
“I would classify myself as a SharePoint subject matter expert… I started at Microsoft in the premier support team, and since then have worked different roles for different companies”
What is your favorite type of project?
“Migrations…the biggest successes and the ones I enjoy the most are the smaller ones… and training the trainers… and observing them teaching the same complex concepts to their colleagues”
What is your favorite part of working for Finchloom?
“The people with a level of deep expertise that frankly I don’t see a lot elsewhere. They make me feel comfortable that if there is something I can’t take on, I can tap them in”
