Here at Finchloom, we offer a variety of Microsoft products and services to customers of any size, but something that I haven’t yet written about is our industry specializations. Finchloom and Microsoft offer industry specific solutions to the healthcare and non-profit industries that I will elaborate on below!

Healthcare Industry

As a business in the healthcare industry, one of the biggest benefits of utilizing a CSP (and more specifically Finchloom) is our knowledge and understanding of each player across the value chain. The complexities of navigating the healthcare ecosystem arise when all the pieces are not represented. Think about how many different facets are present in the healthcare system. We all immediately think of the staff and patients, but what about the insurance providers, manufacturers, visitors, etc.

Microsoft tools empower healthcare businesses at every level, including but not limited to:

  • Patient Engagement
  • Health Team Collaboration
  • Health Data Insights
  • Security of Health Information
  • And More!

If you would like to learn more about Microsoft’s involvement with healthcare providers and organizations, you can visit this page: Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.

Non-Profit Industry

Similar to the healthcare industry, there are several benefits to speaking to a CSP like Finchloom if you represent a non-profit company. Microsoft offers several different incentives for non-profit companies, including free Microsoft 365 Business Premium for up to 10 users (which is heavily discounted after 10), and a separate pricing structure for other programs like Microsoft 365 business voice.

In addition to these offerings, there are many different Microsoft 365 resources for non-profits to utilize. A few of the free resources include a crash course in Microsoft 365 business premium, tips for Microsoft Teams, a Microsoft sponsored digital skills center, and even free security assessments to evaluate and mitigate security risks. Blog Update

I have been writing this blog since I first began at Finchloom in February and there are a couple housekeeping updates that I wanted to share with our particularly avid readers. First, we have decided to create a technical blog series for those who are interested in the nitty-gritty technical details of the Microsoft ecosystem in addition to our role here at Finchloom. The new blog will be merged into the posting schedule we are currently utilizing, so be on the lookout every Monday for our first release, potentially with a couple new authors!

I would also like to tease a few new things that we at Finchloom have been working on. We are in the process of creating a new reviews program, and an announcements page on our website. These will both be going live soon, and I consider myself lucky to be a part of this incredible process. That is all for this week, I know I ran a little shorter than usual, but there is lots of excitement on the way!
